Welcome to Sex, Drugs, and Video Games!

Hello everyone! First of all, I want to say thank you. While I spent so much time looking for an alternative to Substack because it is bad and run by bad people, many of you followed and showed early support to this idea.

You may remember a completely different title, but that’s dead and gone now. Sorry if you liked it, I think this one felt more “catchy”, also after playing Pokémon Legends: ZA, I wanted a space to also dump extremely late video game thoughts and reviews. Besides the title, nothing else is changing. I plan to use this to release short stories and have a few already lined up. I’ll also post essays instead of dealing with a long winded thread on Bluesky too.

Timeline wise, I’m hoping to get the first post out by Friday? My ADHD operates most efficiently when I give myself an unnecessary deadline, so we’ll go with Friday.
